Download and read the regulations.

Download and print the Entry form it consist of a front and back page, please print page 2 on the back of page 1, this will reduce the volume of paper I will have to handle and also avoid them getting separated.
Unfortunatly I have received the regs as individual pages, if you want to create a booklet you will have to print Regs inside cover on the back of Regs outside cover, Page 2&7 on the back of Page 8&1 and Page 6&3 on the back of Page 4&5

Insurance cover is provided by Alexandra Forbes, If you CANNOT meet the requirements on the form , print it and fill in your details, then return it with your entry, it will then be forwarded to AF for approval.
