A round of the Welsh and ANWCC championships
On a nice sunny Saturday the Square on the Ranges was cleared of tyres and
setup to run a autotest.
18 tests in total were run, 6 tests run three times, Kev and Gareth Hall (Bala)
turn up in a Datun Sunny purchased the night before for 30 pounds. Paul Jones
(Bala) turned up in his RS2000 to marshall, but decided to join in the fun.
Lee Mathews in the Nova Special was car one and showed the way from the start,
Paul was using his LSD to great effect which did his tyres no good at all.
Kev and Gareth shared the Datsun and swopped times all day, but Gareth lost out
eventually due lack of autotesting experience.
Nigel was new to autotesting but used his PCT (production car trial) experience
to eventually finish 3rd.
A good day's motorsport was had by all, Thanks to C&A for the loan of the
poles.

Now if you've never been to an Autotest, then this is a strange site,
people walking around poles with pieces of paper in their hands,
they even walk backwards in certain places.
