Foreword
Welcome to The Gareth Hall Winter Challenge. We intend to run a no nonsense road rally organised by competitors for competitors.The rally is being organised as an annual event in memory of Gareth Hall. To many of you, Gareth needs no introduction. He was however a loyal member Bala & District Motor Club, who was equally happy to either be competing, or marshalling and helping fellow club members on other events. He enjoyed his co-driving and scored some very notable results, including the Welsh Clubmans Forestry Navigators Championship.
We hope that you can join us on the event, which we hope will be organised and run as a fitting memorial for Gareth.
