The entry form consist of a front and back page, PLEASE print page 2 on the back of page 1, this will reduce the volume of paper I will have to handle and also avoid them getting separated.
90 entries will mean 180 sheets of paper.

Don't click the printer icon, it will print all the pages, click file then print and select the first page, replace the printed sheet back in the printer and print the second page on the back of the first, Thank you.

Insurance cover is provided by Lockton, If you CANNOT meet the requirements on the form , print it and fill in your details, then return it with your entry, it will then be forwarded to Lockton for approval.
If you CAN meet the requirements, simply fill in the insurance declaration on the night of the rally and pay the appropriate fee.
